At this part the word [ménestrel] is highlighted. Clicking it , saying it, and saying 'minstrel' doesn't do anything. Also typed over the last paragraph incase the keyword wasn't properly highlighted.
Maybe part of goa-geersha event.

Quest works now, she tells a lovestory to you and then asks you to tell it to someone else. She will interrogate the person to see if you told it correctly.
The reward is just xp, but it was an interesting different kind of quest with timelimits on the questions
