Well volunteered! To help chore up that useless spare time, and help lill old Damini out, do you want to do me a favour? I knew you'd say yes....
I need an A4 poster designed, preferably with very little black in it (my black cartridge is nearly dead, and Im broke) to advertise the rooms in our student house to rent. I am asking for help because my paint skills are very much like my etchasketch skills, only with the option of adding colours, and I need a poster that stands out
Me and Kenny have found a nice lickle bungalow to rent, and we are moving in together And its FReeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeDommmmmmmm!! from the parasites and bitchings and foul odours of the housemates!! Huzzah! However, we need to find someone to take over this house from now until July. UNTIL. Little retarded student shites find that concept quite hard to follow. My last poster said 2 rooms available to rent from now UNTIL July, when the tenancy runs out. So all the e-mails so far have been forrestgumping about moving in in July. ARGH.
So, your task, should you choose to accept it, is to take the following wording and make it pretty for me? Please? Pretty please? And if you can make it any clearer without coming across as a psycho angry bastard that the house is available to rent UNTIL July, then yay. Do whatever with the words. Well, within reason. I'm looking at you here Wij. Filthy puppy...
Heres what I originally put on the poster:
TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE TO RENT IN SHARED HOUSE!
Student House very close to bus stop, train station, pub, taxi rank, fish and chip shop, corner shop and town… and a short bus/cycle/drive to uni.
If one room is rented, price is £225 p/m. If both rooms go, it is £180 p/m.
ADSL is installed in the house.
On street parking for free
Larger of the two rooms has a double bed.
The rooms are available to rent until 1st July, when the tenancy runs out.
