Are the subscription pages ever working?

Just tried to activate ToA on one of my accounts, and it informs me that the subscription pages are momentarily unavailable... is it me, or does momentarily not mean for days on end Pretty annoying, anyone know when if ever they will be working? took me long enough to find a copy of ToA without having to wait a year to activate it

I've just registered both my accounts with TOA.
http://camelot-europe.goa.com/en/index.htm, -> "Subscription" -> "Account"

Although 1 is working the other isn't....

Though it didn't work for me when I used the "Activate Account" button after I tried to start the game. I got this error:
