Are Silverhorn encounter bugged for all realms or ?

I only know 1 guy in alb who got this artifact .. our cleric aalar ... but i rather often see this used against us ..

thing is.. every time i have been at this encounter it has been bugged som way or another...

am i unlucky ? or is the encounter only bugged on alb ?

Bugged for us on both pryd and exc, need to get it reset from a GM each time it bugs.
Some tips, never rightclick the leader of each wave, dont use any spells on last wave and just try to melee the last named mob and dont even bother with the icepet add, worked for us the last 3 times we did it.
Or just use rightnow and ask for help from a GM, believe it or not we actually got 2 GMs to help when we did it once, he resetted when it bugged and got the artifact.
