Are maces gonna glow like they should do in 1.62?

I have 2 maces that are supposed to glow now, but neither of them do. Which I assume is a bug.
I can't see any reference to fixing this in the 1.61 or 1.62 patch notes.
But these maces glow on the US servers, so maybe they will after this new patch.
Anyone have any idea about this?

if the drops are from llyn barfog from the epic mobs then they are supposed to glow in next patch (not old drops though, you have to go farm them again in patch 1.62).
