Are Grand Pookas allied with the albs?

A few days ago I ended up in a nice group in the frontiers. We were going for Finlaiths. We pulled a few with nice results and I think everybody was happy. As the Finlaiths spawn close to Grand Pookas we eventually aggroed one, as we did we this we decided to head for Crim. I had no problem in agreeing to that decision since I had been told that them horsies are as mean as they come. So we ran off and so did the Pook. We made it to Crim and got inside and so did that damn Hellhorse. We ran around as headless chickens inside the keep with the guards doing nothing and managed to stay alive. At one time I was convinced that the damned horse was going for the Lord since he was half way up the tower before he fell down. Then he took a few rounds up on the walls before he took of. I have a bunch of nice screenies.

Ah well, just wanted to share that little anecdote with you all. Happy hunting peeps.

I'm afraid the screenies are on my hd and I'm without means of getting them online. But if someone feels like posting them anywhere mess Nafta ingame and we'll work something out. I play quite regularly.

guards wont attack mobs and Ive' found from dying before that going inside a keep doesn't usually mean that you're safe. Mob seem to be able to get in through the doors to get you.

bit like night of the undead, stupid, dumb zombie like mobs but they get in anyway!

dunno if we were in the same group if your ingame name is different from the forum name..

but, the same thing happened to us while doing finliaths, we discovered that pookas were fairly easy so we pulled one, and god damn, they added, quick run to crimthainn and one left but other aggroed on odixarre and kept rebuffing him from the outer door, when we finally tried to kill the bugger his friend that added on us earlier came to help and we all had to go inside crimthainn for safety.. after a while the horsies got tired of banging at the doors and gave up

Ah well, just to make things extra confusing, Odix was in my group at the time but we never pulled one, we got aggroed and we never tried to kill it so I guess this has happened on more than one occasion

Might be good to know that keeps aren't always safe for our fellow Hibernians as well.

Imo some bugs add that little extra something to games, this one is rahter funny. And I really recomed everybody to play Hidden and Dangerous. Preferably unpatched )

I was in both groups We did those all day, so some change of ppl had to take place.

Those Grand Pookas even killed me twice

The worst one got the door on crim down to almost 85%.

While we where resting up to take it, it suddenly turn from the gate and attack me..

Imagine, 4 hits and i am down.


Was great fun!
