Are BW Q3A / Q£F servers down?

Are BW Q3? servers down. Gamespy is not showing them as active since Satureday.

Is this right or am I looking at the IP address?

A lot of the servers changed IP address over the weekend. Do an update from GameSpy and you should get the new addresses.
