Ok, i did use RightNow! when this first happened, but didn't have any logs, and they declined my offer to get some. Anyway, remembered to actually turn it on last night, so thought I'd find out if this is just me. 
I have also never managed to reproduce it dueling and don't actually know why it happens.

This is the chat log, only thing edited out is the chat, and me getting an out of range message when trying to shoot the rezzer. As you can see, it was over a minute later that the shot that was never fired is reported. It doesn't break stealth, but I am not sure whether it resets the timer if I am unstealthed at the time. This happens *all* the time, so is it just me?
