Does this one drop in mid with dex cap, or just with acu cap?

yes thats it.

well midgard seers tend to use ml7 (flame) or ml9 shield
i think they are superior

Seems like alb dex version is supposed to be designed for scouts and mythic still define acu and str as main seers attributes. Only seers use small shields on mid, it's why u find acu on it. Should be the same on hib.

It's very saldom u could find dex cap on seer items; i don't know any other item beside ml10 legs which is superior for a seer and includes dex cap.
