Apologues to mids at Emain a minute ago, I accidently pulled the M@A

Ah, but it was funny, cos a group of 8 of us Hibbies (including, obviously, me) turned up at the mile gate just as you were all streaming out of it

You were trickling through for ages, and we were having fun making you go splat as you came through one by one, until some more of you came from behind, and it was our turn to go splat.

It certainly amused me anyway

Keep on pullin the Solid, it breaks our camping and the Albs finally come out, and we that survive thoose MaA's get to have a good time...

One thing happened to me last week, i had skald speed and sprinted, i got thru the MG, and saw a fellow mid get cut down by a MaA, so i keept on sprinting and came up to the mill on the hill facing the MG, and was cut down by the same MaA.

If they target u as they get out of the pk u stand no chance to get away, from them, even if u use skald speed and sprint they r always faster, and now it seems they can run after u forever..

Faf why bring the bow into this mate, All i wanted to say here is sorry for messing up the RvR yesterday by an accidental guard pull as I chased down a fleeing alb.

seems most mids aint botrhered or they dont read this forum, so I guess I am off the hook

MAA, when pulled, would run all the way to mmg (if enough mids) killing everyone and picking nearest mid as new target until there was no more mids anywhere near

I lost my screenie where an old guildy from DH got hit repeatedly for 10k dmg by the MAA whilst dead , he kept hitting him until we released.. I guesses all in all he hit him for a million+ dmg or more

I remember the bugged champion commanders in the beta that would patrol around dun crauchon, if they aggro'd someone they would kill whole emain (beta days 300-400 peeps in emain). It was quite a laff OMFG SOMEONE AGGRO'D THE CC!!!11 ruuuuuuuuuuuun!!!!!

From what I have seen its all down to relative speeds as to whether they chase you or not - guards run at 200% speed I think Skald plus sprint is just below this - if you are going slower than a mob they will chase you down - if your going at equal speed they will chase you for a while then give up and finally if your moving faster they wont bother running after you very far at all...

I think a hunter sprinting with skald speed using his speed burst ability can actually outrun them - never tried it

i once outran a yggdra patrol well only an archer. was only thing left when my lvl 36 warden was alone after violent EE wipeout from gaurds mids, and bloody alb stealthers!
