Anyone thinking of switching to Hib/Pryd?

I play Hib/Pryd and we've been kicking around the idea of trying to attract some people by making the transition less painful.

I was wondering if there are any people playing Mid/Pryd who would like to come to our realm but can't face the leveling and ToA. Our ideas are not firm yet, but it would be something along the lines of creating a 2-3fg sign up (depending on interest), making sure we get a good balance of classes, then run them together up to level 50, ML5 (initially - higher later), and get each person a few key artefacts.

This post ain't out of order imo. and I admire your ways of trying to strengthen the realm
but also post in albion, cos since that's the most populated realm I think there will also be more people willing to make the transition

good idea imho, maybe better than the mythic idea to give /lv 30 that was useless except for caledonia a while and a lot of animists lv30 ^_^U

good luck with it, could be fun to try hib, but after spending 100 something plat on 6 50's (and 2 40+ ) i dont think you could persuade me

I've concidered hib quite a lot, but deleteing 5 lvl 50's would be something i'd be very reluctant to do, and not ever having played above lvl 24 on hib/excal being totally lost would be a problem also.

really wish all that time ago i'd originally started out in hib, but think it would just be too much too move now

To be honest, your best bet is to ask around in Mid and Alb on Excalibur (and maybe even Camlann, even though PvP-players are a little "odd" and will likely not want to return to a blue server); people there have a greater chance of not having invested countless hours on chars here on Prydwen, and are thus probably more likely do delete them.

Can I suggest that anyone who wants to move without deleting, you could let one account lapse, and start a new account.

Just a thought.
