If you got a bot theese are easy to get yourself. Dunno if the BoS is camped as it was when i left a month after toa release. Harpy's Feathers Cloak is just to climb the spires outside Desdeoma Island and kill the harpies up there.

Dream Sphere might be harder solo but i've done it, but artifact didn't drop I got credit for the arti thou. The way i did it was to kill thoose burning doggies first, cept the one that gives you the arti. Then i ran into the village and dd pulled 1 djinn at a time and tanked them to death. They can nuke you but i survived with bot healing.

Just kill red djinns around camp one by one with meleepull and then when all of em killed u walk to middleguy and get arti

I tried that first, but thoose burning ones attacked me So check faction first.

Is cost an issue?

If your gonna buy artifacts at least get some decent ones.
