I'm at the institute (well sort of). I do sailing courses there (well at Warsash maritime centre really but it IS part of southampton institute)!

What year are you in then? I'm in my final year of Business Information Technolgy (feck all in other words!) I'm looking forward to leaving, but we've had some wild times and I'll miss those.

I also work on the IT desk in Andrews resource centre. When I'm not doing work I'm at Ikon on Wednesday nights as mates DJ there.

Brillant! Er you couldn't answer a question for me as your on IT support could you? How the hell do you work out what your username and password are to access the computers in the Andrews centre? I don't normally bother using them as I prefer to use the internet at home (there's no TFC at the Institute) but it would be nice to do some lunchtime surfing while waiting for the coach! The only computers at the Institute I can use at the moment are those bloody macs!

To answer your original question I'm only doing a 1 year post-graduate course so I'm in my first and last year doing international law.

Make sure you have got the search field 'Name' selected. Type in your surname at the 'username' machines. There are 3 of them opposite Area 1. Click search and then find yourself from the list. Your password will be the number on the BACK of your campus card. The pink one with the lovely mug shot that makes you look like a criminal!

I'll be working again on Wednesday. 9am - 9pm
