Not really, its a level 19 item that gives a spec af charge usable in thid...

I wondered if anyone else used it.

still in the wrong section though , because in the first post you ask people if they know where it drops.. for that there is the hibernia section .. then you're wondering if another thid hib uses it, still go to the hib section

Sure i might aswell answer it for you then, it drops from either the King or Queen in Marrach Briollag, the large black castle near the shar lab entrance. They are on v top floor and will have adds, i think they are blue to 26 with 3-4 adds green.

I think some Kilaloe or the bg before that drops some nice procs you can use

Why would alb need an equilivent item to this, they have spec af from cleric buffs.

If the blue con mob that drops a helm with 35 AF charge is the one im thinking of then its a chain helm and no good to my vamp
