Anyone know the name for RoG items with power-regen charges?

I'm trying to find some low level PoM charges (Pom 1 or 2) for a caster I'm levelling up, but I have no idea what those things are called on the CMs (rogs). Anyone know? =)

Well, gem of horror, Kojers piety ring allso using a rog item on my BD that is called Morias mind its nice it has 10 charges and gives back 20% power when used.

Take a couple of evenings in Thid, and get 4 rps. Then you can train serenity 2.
