Anyone know the cheapest way i can get ISDN?

Pick brains time. I cant get broadband or cable in my area, (seriously it isnt gonna happen with a town pop measured in a few thousand) what is the cheapest ISDN option i can go for ?

Failing that, anyone know how to suck more bandwith out of a dial up ISP? (fairly or unfairly)

BT together homehighway + freeserve anytime is £38 quid a month you have to pay to get your line converted and your exchange has to be isdn enabled. see here for details
