Aahh u mean the Luminescent Sickle of the Unicorn which drops from Uafas Capal.
Had a pair but gave them away.
You would be better off getting into DF and on a prince raid to get the Saeor's Fiery Sword which has +5blades but is 94% as opposed to the unicorn drop which is 91%.
The other option depends on what bracers you wear. If they don't have +CS, +envenom or +stealth (or you can afford to lose the stats) then there are bracers from the DF Merchants which give +2blades/CD +7dex and cost 24 sapphire and then buy a pair of arcanite sickles from Ortunga at around 97% quality with 35% bonus (beautiful for slicing through epic armour )
