I've heard rumors that stun duration is only calculated in full seconds. Aka on a minstrel stun you need either 11% or 22% duration for the additional 1 or 2 seconds.
So 11% gets your 1 extra second while 20% still only gives you 1 extra second until you hit 22%...
Hmm not really looked into castable stuns before, i'd have thought it bullshit personally tho as there wouldnt be much point in odd amounts of duration if it were calculated by seconds only... that said mythic arent exactly the smartest tools in the shed when it comes to game mechanics/items etc. Take block mythirians for example, they're bugged (or were ages ago, not sure if mythic has fixed them yet) block myths give alot more block than they announce so for classes that have no shield line to spec in you can easily get block upto 30-40% still with a block myth and decent dex.
As for stuns there is no sure fire way to test it tbh because trying to time something when factoring in net lag etc in a game like daoc is near impossible when talking about .X seconds.
