Sorry for posting random ramble 
But my best advice is to get a couple of level 30 auralite bracers and the neckie, and the staff from Serfs Folly (assuming you are using cata).
This alone should give you a power pool at 17% and an extra 5 power cap.
Add a Peridas gem and a few random level 50 rog jewelry and you have a very nice base for a temp.
Am currently using this setup on Rowalin my ickle chanter and works like a charm.. Can just keep on nuking forever. Had to get serenity 2 just to keep the groupmates from whining at me during the insanely long power rests when I was drained

Agree with Kragh, and sorry for whinging at you but with that much power pool we seemed to be sitting down for power for ages 
. Have the same setup on my Bainshee, it does seem that serenity 2 is a must assuming you don't try and get rps via keep defence in which case mcl and rp are possibly better.
