Not in this case CorNokZ, the donations made are being match funded but only for a limited time period, so if his charity raises a shitload of cash in a short period it'll be doubled.
There's then no reason for these to not be re-released or a modified version being released for general consumption along the lines you say, 10% or whatever to the foundation.
