Hmm...

I may be wasting time here, but...
I made a template for a champion at levels 24-32. This should do nicely; none of the items are too hard to get, and spellcrafting doesn't cost much for that low a level of scale mail. The hardest item to obtain will be the armor itself - it's 5 pieces of 99% qua and one mp.
The templates are for a 24th lvl Champion and are made while keeping in mind that the said Champignon will some day be 30 So, the template has been calculated to give maximum efficiency all up to lvl 30.
There are a few bugs in the sheets:
1) they don't take stats raising due gaining an xp level into account, so Str, Con and Dex are all a bit higher than what the Total line says.
2) there may be errors in the cap values of all stats and resistances.
3) Black Diamond Ring and Avernal Necklace don't work at lvl 24, so to compensate for those items, I made a second replacement spreadsheet. (The lower url)
In any case, that spreadsheet will be most useful to a Champion looking to max out his potential while roaming Thidranki and Murdaigean - and the occasional PvE clashes
