Okey so i've gotten my new password from goa.. Thing is the shit doesn't work for my account... and with no help service up.. how in the hell am i going to play?!

Any suggestions people?

Maybe you have multiple accounts assigned to the same email address? If thats the case you could be using the wrong password for the account you wish to access?
