Anyone else experienced this ?

Just wanna see if this happens to more than me, or hear possible solutions/explanations if you have some.

My problem is that I can't access house vaults (not the regular Hib ones) nor Consignment merchants.

Every single time I right click one of these, I go LD. If fast I can browse the windows, but can not withdraw or buy or anything. So I consider this as being an instant LD.

It's not a rights/access problem, as even the house owner cant do it. Also I have 2 PC's and the same problem occurs on both.

Suggestions/explanations welcome

Yep..they didnt have same problem. Same chars , same vault etc.

it may be that downloaded a corrupt file while patching (dunno if this can happen really)

if you would have just copied your daoc folder (instead of downloading again on the second comp) it could explain at least why both client crash.
at least i understood that it works on other clients (from friend) with your login.

maybe do a complete file check at start, i dunno how it checks the the files, but could be solved by this.

Yeah sounds like a messed up patch problem, cant see how any driver problem could cause such a bug, if its as regular and repeatable as you say.

Reinstall DAOC et all into a fresh new directory, perhaps just saving your character.dat files so you get your quickbars...

Pretty sure rightnextweek will tell you to do that first anyway...

Re-installed the game...patched....problem gone (for now : )

Dunno what caused it, just know that it's gone.
