the max + power% you can get is 75
You have a natural cap of 25, which you can increase by %power cap items
To get the full 75% you need 50% power pool cap and 75% power bonus

you have Power pool items and power cap items,

You need to have the 50 power cap, in order to get 75%power pool

for instance base amount of power pool is 25%, with each you get 1% power cap you can have 1% power pool iirc,

EDIT : and 6% power pool is only % in power and does not increase the cap.

Yup, so you need to get items that first give you increased cap, then filling it up with items that have power pool % (some items have both, they increase your power cap AND fill it up themselves)

powerpool is usually: 6% powerpool.

yes and the cap both works for +power and +% power pool items...altho +power is kinda uselles.

Yup, don't prioritize getting "old" Power stat, nor is it _that_ important to cap/overcap piety/int/whatever-gives-you-more-power. Power pool % kinda weighs alot heavier in determining your end power pool.
