"blah attacks you with the sword of uberness"

is now the boring "with his sword" again

why?!

i know its not that big deal but i liked it to see what my opponents / realm m8s used...

Hadn't noticed yet, but however interesting it is to see the enormous names of the exotic weapons hitting me, I also like simplicity on my screen. And it isn't always clear from the name wether something is a blade, blunt or piercer (and when zerged you can't always tell by looking at the graphics).

Yes I noticed straight away. It blows :/

I admit it might be seen as cheesy info (especially when an archer shoots you) but I found it if not useful so atleast highly amusing to see who was using ghetto weapons and who legion ones

I could even follow the Aragone/Kobold argument over the Legion Soul Crusher through it

as 50ish you should know most of the weapons....

and btw isnt the already game simple enough that this tiny bonus info is too much for ya ?

it goes on for about 3 lines per hit with normal weapons

I like the new simple version (though it's harder to tell in pve when I double hit)

LOL - like I know any of hibenias or albions weapons

XYZ attacks you with "Stick of No-Pain" for 50 damage is the same to me if XYZ attacks me with his staff.

well, i didnt mind seeing the names before but at least now the most ANNOYING typo is gone

"You attack blabla with your the <wpn name here>"

wonder how it got implemented anyways, at first, the "the" part werent there, then all of a sudden
