Any1 able to solo with a rejuv/enhance cleric

I have sum times tried to solo with cleric
its very hard yet i belive with a bit of luck u can do well
I havent had the chance to try this full yet but i have had 'some' sucsess.
usually uses all ra's and end potions.
but standing at side of HTk like really far on hill and smiting,stun etc. then run a bit.
once they melee u i hit bof and let them waste their end on u (hoping they dont also have end pots ) then sprintting and stunning and smite some more.
its very hard 2 do as i simply dont do enough dmg.
I know a cleric isnt a solo char but sinse its only lvl50 char i have now, i have little choiuce
so any clerics got any solo tactics that can atleast work 1/2 well.
with standard 41/35 spec that is

I got a RR7 Druid with basically same spec as your cleric, except I Dont even have smite but a Dot that ticks for 8 and a grey pet.

With MOC, 2x insta I made a RR3 armsman IP.

Only thing you can solo is a caster if you got purge up.

Forget it. It dont work

BTW, if you got MOC you might be able to MOC + smite and hurt em abit more..

Make a solo-char or dont bother to solo mate, it only gets you frustrated

problem is that any other character is buffed aswell, which is your main advantage well besides your insta's and BOF. Clerics might be able to solo, if everyone relied on self buffs only. As then you would be the only one (well except shaman+druid) with good buffs. But as everyone is buffed, one part of your class is useless.

and rejuvenation is more of a group spec than solo as you can only use the insta's when you solo as you cant cast in combat. With buffbots around clerics wont be able to solo, so just create a caster/melee char/stealther if you want to solo .

DoT proc/charge
dmg add proc/charge/buff
dmg shield proc/charge/buff
haste proc/charge/buff
DD proc/charge

respec to 44s 30r and get a buffbot

(or 41r 35s if you prefer)

or 43s/30e if you don't have one

failing that get a nice smite-jewel.

(such as the draugyn sphere smiting gem - though anything with lots of nuke charges on it is good )

well if purge,Bof, your 2instas, pbaoe mezz and moc are up you just might be able to kill an easy target
+ you need to be lucky that your pbaoemezz doenst get resisted so you can stun heal nuke abit
but most of the times your 4-6bars of health wont survive a duel
dont forget your dps add and use your instapb DD if you got one

however if you do manage to kill an sb or ns who jumped you, he sure did got WTFPWND imho

Rejuv/enhance it will be tough. Full enhance or smite would be better, Irena used to do ok but no idea what spec he had.

Personally I think high enhance would be better, the top heal proc and damage buff (NOT damage add, the actual dps buff) actually makes them hit fairly hard, its just the poor weaponskill that lets them down but again thats why the high enhance is vital. Try it with someones buff bot sometime, I sometimes play my bot for a laugh, but wouldn't want to try solo with her.

Your only real chance will be pbaoe mezz, sprint, stun/smite as much as possible then melee and rely on your instants.

Of cause you need good rej spec for the instant heals too. You could try it with a buff bot for the enhance but then you miss out on the sweet dps buff and heal procs, (getting healed for 150 points when a NS hits you for 30 damage is sweet).

then roll a merc/armsman/scout/minstrell/paladin or even a caster (allthough those will have a hard time solo).

dont expect to be able to solo when you a specline were you put 35 points in is something everyone else has for free (by their buffbot) and were your rejuv part is again mostly useless as you can only use the insta's. So if you want to solo with your cleric, do as flimgoblin said and atleast get some smite .

my old spec of 44smite, 27rej and 17 was fantastic for soloing. I remember soloing a group of 5 lvl 50 chars after the smite nerf as an armsman lay on the ground flabberghasted They had no healer in group, nor were they buffed though.

With the day and age of buffbots, you would need one also to stand a chance. With my current 41/35 spec, I can't solo buffed people without going through most of my RAs. Theres just no point killing one person every 30 minutes, and thats if you are lucky and find a soloer.

At least with 44/27/17 spec and a buffbot, you could quite easily take down solo targets without using any instas other then pbaoe mezz on its 5 mintue timer. 2 targets at a time isnt too difficult either with a couple of instas, 3 at a time if you want to burn all your RAs. It takes a while of getting used to but can be fun

with my cleric (6L9) i've killed wuren, fatbelly and several low RR druids and wardens in solo fights

fatbelly i must admit a solo mincer helped a bit towards the end

most fun as a cleric is fighting wardens, normally you can win them!

Archers and none-hib casters are easy for rejuv/enh cleric... also unbuffed stealthers are easy, but the chances of finding a unbuffed stealther now-a-days is low

Also healers are VERY easy, except they have so much defense that sometimes it's hard to get to them. Bards are also fun to mess about with but bard vs cleric usually = draw if both played well.

you can kill steathers easily at med/high rr but no steather is going to attack you unless they are very bored because you take a long time to kill and they know they'll get jumped by 453243243 other stealthers while trying to kill something with 4 lives. Don't respec smite as a second line if you plan to group because you'll be gimping your group with no spec buffs and shitty base buffs.

Maybe try a friar to solo? dunno

Well imo.. if u want to have a good solo char, without havin to roll a buffbot too..

Roll a friar.. good solo char and great in pve.. but uber hard getting grps with.

I've had lots of fun soloing with friar, but since i wanna grp too i made a wrong choice

could try my clerics spec: 38enh 35rej 15smite, a nice 'no2' cleric spec

green con 15s pb mezz, decent self dmg add, decent self dps, blue con heal proc. baseline smite variance with +11+rr aint too shabby tbh.

Pffff ever tried putting buffs on yahself

Don't forget the heal procc and the dps buff.
Get some good armor and weapons and SC and alchemy as well.
And I don't see why an orange would give a problem. (Try if possible orange spirit weak to make it even easier).

My tactic, smite, smite, stun, smite, smite, smite and then bash the mob to death. Shouldn't be so hard...
