Any Spell Crafters about still taking orders?

My Merc needs his 99% (+1 item at 100%) armour spell crafting.

I have tried "in game" with no luck, and have tried old contacts fromwhen I was last playing the game, also with no luck.

I am not "wealthy" and would like to find an honest spell crafter who will make an honest profit and not try and rip me off.

So if someone working for 300g per item is a 'retarded ubah-nerd', what about someone who only ever asks for cost price? Do you even have the vocabulary to sink low enough to describe them?
