Any plans to clear ardagh from mobs ?

Tried to do my epic today ... got jumped by 200 purple mobs in ardagh where i should see some NPC. Was just wondering if any guild/alliance are participating in the event and if they plan to free ardagh.

Ah, tried to clear Ardagh last night.

There was no named NPC which cleared it when he died, as we tried to kill all of them.

Would say there would be a nice effort later on today

Think all the Ardagh NPC's have moved to the tower towards Howth so your quest NPC should hopefully be there instead.

Fun trying to clear out those mobs last night though

Might not be of any help what so ever, but on the Excali server (Alb) we managed to defeat the epic lot (geershas) by killing thier named bosses. who had taken up a nice position in the top floor of one of our keeps. We flushed him up by...i think... casting on him from a safe distance and when he chased (grouped with a minstrel for speed) took him to the hardest and toughest NPC we had in the area. After a good battle his ass was well and truely whooped. Also..if you notice any NPC's who you have never seen before go and ask them for info !!!. Might work.

Actually on excal the boss was so hard we dragged him to the nearest bind stone and /released him to death, worked a treat. Casting on him made him proc a pbaoe dot which practically killed everyone hitting him, so get your dmg adds on and try and hit him from behind coz he had about 100 parry.
