Any perl coders alive?

Have a question, if I have the following as a server side include:

<!-- #exec cgi="/scripts/bannerad.dll" -->

How would I recode that to work inside a perl script (ie .cgi/.pl) ?

You want to effectively call an include from within a CGI script? or use an include in an HTML/SHTML page to call a CGI script?
