no offence but 90% of hib grps are PB grps atm 
just spam /sends m8y to ppl & im sure as a mana chanter (if thats what you are) will get a grp in no time, Best bet for you at your lev is Corus if i remember correctly

If you want decicated pbaoe xp groups suggest you organise one yourself,i did and working great
