I go to clear the recycle bin and it comes up with "Are you sure you want to delete WINDOWS?" I'm like no. I've had this problem before, and it goes after a restart and ad-adware etc, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Hmm, think I recall having that problem ages ago but I can't remember how I dealt with it.

Anyhow, I bet you're quite curious about what'll happen if you click yes and there is only one way to find out :D

its not entirely pointless - it acts as a buffer so you can delete all your shit then realise you actually still need half of it so just undelete it, obviosuly for a Perfect Being such as yourself it is indeed useless, ST, but for most of us mere mortals its handy.

What is storage.msn.com and why does it keep popping up every time I load up this thread?

I have to agree. I´ve disabled my recycle bin ever since Windows 95 and never needed it. When you´re deleting stuff, you ought to know what you´re doing. There is no "installation buffer" either ("ooopsie! tehee.. I´ve acidentally installed this, silly me. Better open my installation buffer folder" :)), so why a delete-buffer?
