Any info about clustering??

I have been off from Exc and FH like for 2 weeks cause i went to play PvP server a bit.
I have been looking for any info about cluster and havent found anything. Could anyone tell me what have happened with it? It was supposed to be like 1 week ago or a bit more, and I dont find anything around here and neither at camelot-europe.
