any healer tried to activate phoebus harp in 1.68?

should be able to activate it, i don't really see why a healer couldn't when he gets as much out of the stats as a bard (and sorc for that matter).. fk the instrument

it says singing classes get most benefit, all the rest partial use

i've heard that it is bugged in exactly this patch, it was oki in 1.67 and it will be fixed again in 1.69 TT
