SS7 is a bit arsey with some agp2x+ cards, but latest agp drivers for mobo sorted it now...

Geforce on SS7 will prob work somehow, but id get a better mobo/CPU aswell as SS7 just dont cut it no more

Read somewhere (Anands forum i think?) that the CL Geforces have sidebanding disabled (makes vid card more stable?) for now until they release a bios update early 2000.
This means that the CL is runnin as an AGP x1 card.
Dunno if this will help u but if u have latest mobo drivers installed why not give it a go? If it not work then take back vid card. Worth a try

ya dat was fer athlons mainly... too much noise in the agp bus causing stability probs with athlons and a few geforce cards...
Turn off agp2x/4x, lower electrical noise, solve stability probs.

Its just a certain driver release which disables 2x and 4x...
