already said is old altho improveable with sigil/sidi, still the use of it is pointed to already said, low money costs, versatile (every caster/every realm) aswell warned about it, still can be useful for many people who look for something like this, not like existing many "universal" templates (as it is impossible to do an universal great template for all)

I wouldn't use it on a low rank RvR character. Might use it on a PvE toon but probably not.

Indeed - it's fine as a cheap and not very good option. You could probably get better if you spent another 5p on something useful.

sorry but the one i posted has lots of toys (charges/magical abilities) maybe not all the ones u could desire, about cheap, well depends, the one i posted is further cheap, i dont know why u guys insist on saying is a bad template, i already said it is not great, but anyways this one u posted is another choice, seems better stats a bit fewer toys (but really good ones) and its 58-63p vs 16p

PS : The template Puni posted aint even that expensive as he said, just takes a little time and effort to farm for the scales etc,
and about bp's just zerg surf a few hours, join in on a keep and a few tower takes and you got 1000+ bp in a flash

You could possibly take adventage of those new updated Epic Armors, seems to be same stats for all caster classes. I'll look into it at some point.

That shouldn't even be tradeable. It's a seasonal quest, I'm sure it'll pop right back anytime soon. And as said, you can use the Bp version instead if you don't get your hands on that one.
