There are a number of companies out there that will do intrusion attempts on your servers, and then write a report for you detailing the vulnerabilities

God, what a pleb.
Assuming you have half decent hosting, then all you need to do is make sure there's nothing obviously retarded in your code.
Using the crypt() function when storing cookies is a good idea though.
