This is a template i can't get good. It's for a Cv tic with the spec 42 rej 43 enh 44 flex 8 shield.
The problem is i want theese stats in it
At least
80 str
70 con
80 dex
60 quick
60 piety
capped melee cobat speed
11 flex
11 shield if poss
7-10% spell range
7-10% spell damage
Basicly it's a mic between a flex/rejuv tic template. You have a free hand on all slots.
