I keep reading that Enchanters get a grp speed enhance.
Effervescence or something, is this real?
Haven't got it at lvl13
Not speccing in Mana, is this the prob?
Or (clutching at straws) do I need a grp for it to appear?

It's a baseline enchantment spell, you get it at levels 5, 14, 25, 34 and 45. The first level is called "Lesser Effervescence" (123% run speed).

didnt know it got changed to baseline in the next patch, but i really dont care either as it isnt exactly what i specced mana for
