Brought one of these anti static wrist bands to protect me when building my new pc. Where do i clip the crocodile clip to make sure im earthed?

When working on PC's i had a special power lead for the power supply that didnt have the live/neutral wires connected - just the earth.
Then you could plug that into the computer, other end into the wall as normal then just clip yourself onto anywhere on the pc-case.
You just need something that is connected to earth - a radiator is another good thing, normaly metal and connected to earth.

Will the power supply work even if live & neutral are in the lead? I dont have any radiators
