Another Ranger Template ><

Right, I know I don't post here often but Im currently leveling a ranger and am trying to work on a template. Here's one I made earlier:

Stats:-

Str: 90/93
Con: 86/85
Dex: 61/85
Qui: 64/80
HP: 300/320
AF: 52/50

Resists:-
Body: 21/26 Energy: 10/26 Crush: 26/26
Spirit: 20/26 Cold: 24/26 Thrust: 26/26
Matter: 22/26 Heat: 22/26 Slash: 25/26

Skills:

Melee: 11/11
CD: 11/11
Stealth 10/11
Bow: 4/11

Items used as follows:
SI neckie, SoM, Belt of the Forest Walker (Is this hard to get?), RoD, DR ring, EDS, Zahurs bracer, Ebon hide, GoV, WH, Scalars, Malice & Champ off hand

SC parts:

Leggings: 28con; 22qui; 7% thrust; +3melee
Arms: 28con; 16dex; +4melee; +3CD
Boots: 11% crush; 5% thrust; 7% cold; +4melee

I know this is posted in a strange way but I dont have access to Loki's SC prog. I also plan on using CL resists so I figure anything above 20% should ok. Only downfall is the low QUI fully buffed I should have 230 qui.

Any help is appreciated

you should really try and get that str up, i assume by the low dex and low bow skill you are aiming for a melee temp, so 101 would be a must for me. isnt evade dex/qui based? read somewhere it is, so try and at least get that to 75, by your quick i would guess you are a celt or shar? otherwise you would have 47 qui (i think thats enough)
oh and that missing 1 in stealth may not seem like a lot but it would really help you out with specs if you had 11+rr rather than 10+rr.

hmm i think my luri ranger with +10qui at creation needs 64qui in template to get 250?
93 + 93(buff) + 64(template) = 250, i think, or did i miss something? ;p

and ye i wouldnt settle with that little str ;p 100+ str atleast for me!

temp looks ok but if you are going for melee then str must be capped and if u are blades i wouldnt worrie about dex just try and get your qui up to 250 when buffed .

Right can i just say it looks like you want to be a melee ranger i may be wrong .
if you are you are gonna find it very very hard at low realm rank cause melee rangers are all about there toys from RA - ML - ARTIS , and without these being up life is hard being melee .

i would go bow 35 till you reach rr5 , then go full melee .

At 50 a luri will have 103 quick (80 base 23 from levels) , thats without any at creation.

It's a shar and yes it'll be a melee one. as for qui, I can drop that +16 dex I have for +16 Qui and end up with 80 qui, which is 246 qui fully buffed.

If any of you can suggest a way of getting that +11 str in so in order to get 101 str, pls feel free.

Luri with no QU at creation got 103 qu as base, + 93 from buffs, wich means he need 54 to get 250.

Would need 44 if he had +10 at creation.
