If I (as a champ) debuff a critter (no damage), would a grey con player (not grouped) still get xp if he kills it?

i'm pretty sure these spells are safe to cast if you want some other bloke to recieve xp from a mob:
debuff, disease, mez, stun, nearsight and snare.
i'm not 100% sure about all the spells, but i know for sure that disease spells don't leech xp at all since that's what most people use when they are botting.

Yep, he will.
Borrowed a friend's buffbot a while, pulled with debuffs, worked perfectly.

Having played a sorceress and helped people out with their pulls using my debuffs , i can safely say that they don't touch the xp in any way
