does misserable zombies always say "Cold... so cold."? i have never heard one say it but in yggdra today a zombie said it and i thought "wtf" but i couldnt stop to do anything

If it was in yggdra, it would be a middie thing?
Like the items etc. you find in others frontiers, you cannot use - maybe you cannot interact with other NPCs then? ..

you can interact with any npc, there is "snofrid" in yggdra and she says some crap about waiting for a signal from her god
