Another Pierce NS template up for review

How does this look to you?
Can use any LW or Golden Spear MH, and probably a few other weapons as well, only limit is it has to have 12 dex in it.

Apart from the low Matter and Energy I think it looks ok, any other flaws I might have missed?

way too low hits and low af.. average template

Yes I know its low hits but I manage just fine with the hits I have now and Im at 75 con 200hp so Its not a priority for me.
What I dont have tho atm is 26 dexcap and 19 strcap (13/10 atm) and I have NO style or meleedamage in the suit, thats what Im after.

If I take the stats for a LW in MH as it will be most of the time I will have 30AFcap, I have 40 atm so Its not a big loss, will have about 590 AF w/o charge, will get a stardrop for when I use charge and voila AF not an issue
