Use to see this on MTV2/MTV Dance at like 1am-2am a year or so ago, video was pretty much:

Women playing volleyball (pretty explicit video when uncut)
Some guy watching.
Only lyrics I remember: "Lickety Split"

Is sort of a dance track, sort of.

Can only really offer rep/thanks to those who know it... Searched all day for it and have had no luck at all.

I think it might be Kamikaze by PJ Harvey.

Stories and songs and stuff from the sea album (I can't remember the name of the album from the top of my head but it's something like this).

Edit - It's 'Stories From the City, Stories From the Sea' (The name of the album that is).
