Here we go again, when will the upgrade/change that router ?

According to my log it was 23:06 CET for me, and it was as usual 193.251.251.214 (wannadoportails.gw.opentransit.net)

I always have a program up and testing if I notice my connection getting bad I start tracing. Before 23:06 CET I din't notice anything more than a stray few packetlosses when comming into france telcoms net, but that's how it use to be.
