Another consignment merchant bug?

Maybe this has already been asked, didnt see it tho.

Am i the only one who cant look at / delve the top (i.e. the first) item of every page? When i select it i dont even get any miniwindow on it =/
Its the same on all pages of all merchants ive tried.
