KenZoku is claiming sovereignty today
but according to eve website this should happen in 7 days

If a corporation leaves an alliance or switches to a new alliance, the sovereignty claim on all of its towers will reset. Once re-joining their old alliance or joining a new alliance, it will take that corporation's 7 days and a downtime to start claiming sovereignty at level 1 as normal.

The truth of the situation is that until this happened no one had a fucking clue what would go down (I include CCP in that).I somehow doubt Dianabollock's claims that he knew.

It's unlucky for the goons that the bobbits got back on their feet so fast but hey, that's what they do time and again. Personally I can see the goonies attacking for a few weeks and then having numbers dwindle again while those stubborn Bob people dig in. It's still only sov1, Goons and the NC should have got moving quicker instead of all the back patting.

I just hope lots of stuff gets blown up on both sides . GBBS is a bit too much chest beating going on atm.

Also, this should have been posted in the existing thread. A crap thread like this belongs on CAOD or SA imo.

whats the problem? Goons use a game mechanic in a lame way and Bob use a different one to recover? Its bad mechanics thats the issue. At the end of the day Goons should never have done this - just shows how lame they are.

It could be be said...that al thought goons method was lame....it did work as advertised...unlike BoBs sov.

Now you are splitting hairs. What did Goons think? That Bob would go away so easily? All Goons have done is inspire a ton of ex Bob to get back involved with the fight. I know of severalo major PvP corps who have headed back home to fight Goons.

Most people I know are delighted that Sov has dropped because maybe Goons and other forum whores like PL and SoT will actually fight now.

The truth is they won't because a coward is a coward no matter if a system has Sov or not. The game is not the issue it is how it is played by the vast majority of the players who are too afraid to lose anything to really paly it hard.
