Actually it's about the Question of Restoring Durability on SI quest items ( and quest items at all)
As I saw some confusion and some ppl PMed me and asked to use rightnever to get the truth... well here it goes.

Q: Is there a way to restore durability of quest items or SI one time non-tradable quest items

That's not how it works for me...

I have a cloak on 70 con 0 dur that still gives magical bonuses.
