This is done by someone to promote the use of mobile phones by hippies an nature loving fanatics. It's a clever ploy as it's all being supported by vodaphone (i think) to get ppl dialing it and racking up the credit spent (£1:30 p/min). Imagine over 20,000 ppl dialing in to listen to clouds, at that price for 5 mins. Devious.
On the other hand, you want to listen to clouds, here's the easy way:
1. Set freezer to max, leave for 1 hour.
2. Set central heating to high (not max, you dont want to boil), wait 30 mins.
3. When freezer has had it's hour, open door, and watch the vapour.
4. Listen.
