Well might just be me, but where are you seeing that there is people on, homepage shows all servers down and anyway i am still not able to download patch

Homepage shows all servers up with less then 100 peeps on each one, except Broceliande with 750+.

Not pointing any fingers but thats a French server

Everytime try to patch it says server is down, so is there a bug with Homepage or is it edited to cause a stir
